I wanted to drop you a quick line to say THANK YOU !! With Rick being out West, I was worried it was going to be a very difficult experience for me —trying to sell the condo and purchase a new home. To my surprise —you listed the condo and two days later it was SOLD !!! You worked very hard and watched out for us and advised when new homes were listed —-you listened to exactly what I wanted in a new home and we found one in a very short period of time. You were so thorough when we were going through the houses noticing things I probably wouldn’t have noticed ex—rad covers —-marks on appliances —snags in carpets etc. Something that stood out in my mind that set you so far apart from other agents that we have dealt with in the past was how incredibly professional you are !
